Deadline for booking:
Booking form must be filled, duly signed and sent to ESC according to the following deadline:
VIP Packages:
- 1 DAY program: 1 month prior to the event.
- 2 DAYS program: 2 months prior to the event.
- 3 DAYS program: 2 months prior to the event.
Cancellation policy:
- From booking to 45 days prior to the event 50% of penalty
- From 44 to 20 days prior to the event 75% of penalty.
- From 19 to 1 day prior to the event 100% of penalty.
Each event day is confirmed with a minimum of 10 participants.
If this number isn’t reached, you will receive a full refund.
