Saturday : Race start

• Transfer to the circuit

• Grid Walk
• Start of the 24 Hours of Le Mans from the main grandstand
• Access to different viewpoints
• Free time – Fan village – Concert
• Dinner at the village
• Transfer back to the hotel

Sunday : Race continues

• Lunch at the village
• 24 Hours of Le Mans finish from the grandstands

Conditions

Booking deadline:

The reservation form must be completed, duly signed, and sent to ESC within the following deadlines:

VIP Packs: 2 month before the event.

Options: 2 month before the event.

Any request received after the deadline will be reviewed and accepted subject to availability.

Cancellation policy :

From booking until 45 days before the event: 50% penalty
From 44 to 20 days before the event: 75% penalty
From 19 to 1 day before the event: 100% penalty
